Hafez Tile and Ceramic manufacturing plants were setup in 1357(1978) in the town of Zarghan (about 28 K.M. off the Shiraz city) in an area of 44 Hectares with the annual manufacturing capacity of 6.5 sq.m of all kinds of tile and ceramics.In 1364(1985) the second phase of the plant was commissioned. In 1378(1999) the project for development and production of floor tile amounting to 1.5 Million Sq.M was realized. The plant succeeded to obtain ISO 9000 in 1378 (1999) and this was the first tile and ceramic manufacturing plant which won the gold standard trade mark. Presently, its annual production capacity has reached 3.5 Sq.m of wall tile, and 3 Sq.m of floor tile.

Hafez tile joined the Tehran Stock Exchange in 1373(1994) and the first Transaction on its shares was conclude in 1378 (1999). At present, the plants products besides meeting the domestic requirements , also they have many exporting to the neighboring countries.

The products of the company comprise of all kinds of wall tiles with the following dimensions:

 25x30, 20x30 centimeters for wall tile and floor tile produce for sizes 20x20 ,30x30 , 33x33 , and 40x40 also it has the ability for production of 15x15 , 15x20 , 20x20 in wall tile according to requested customer.

The registered capital of the company is 60 Billion Rials and the main sheraholders of the company are as follows :

3. Rena Investment Group 17.29%
